Buying online

It's been hard on me lately. Since it's raining cats and dogs, I can't go out to buy a new dress for me to wear on August 7 for my friend's debut. So, I decided to just buy it online. I searched for my preferred dress in different sites like Multiply, Ebay, Sulit.com.ph, and even Facebook. But, for some reason I can't seem to find what I am looking for.

I saw some beautiful dress, but just look at the price! My gosh! Thanks, but I'd rather go buy somewhere else. One thing that bothers me when I am looking for a dress or any clothing.. or just anything I want to buy online... I feel insecure of the people who makes a big deal of what I am doing. There are those particularly in Facebook who will dare make you a laughing stock just for the sake of them having fun. Not even minding what the person he/she just ridiculed feels. An experience wherein you comment on a certain product posted in FB for sale and then your friend takes the print-screen and upload it for all of his/her friends to see. And here comes the "Like" button to indicate just how much people are laughing about the whole idea of you wanting to buy a product.

Yeah.. it did happen to me.  Let me vent out here even though this might be off-topic.... She's a friend, but still... I was so pissed that even my parents noticed how I reacted. I didn't tell them about it because I think it's what we call mababaw. Anyways, I got over the whole thing but for some reason... whenever I see that person... I'm not in the mood to talk to her. Come on! Who the hell posts a picture with your comments searching or wanting to buy a certain clothing?! HAHA! It's obviously none of anyone's business! Makes me so mad just remembering the whole thing. I guess this is one of the reasons why I hesitate commenting on other people's Facebook wall (the online sellers). The news feed will tell all about me wanting to buy a dress. And then what? Make fun of you for something so little. HAHA! So I'm thinking I'm being over-sensitive here? HAHA! Well, most of the time I have mood swings. HAHA!

*Sigh*... I just bought a fitted polo and some other clothing. But.. still can't find the right dress for me to wear on the debut. I need to hurry up and find it. Only got 5 days to go! Minus one so it's gonna be four. Why? Because there's still the shipping days. HAHA!

One thing good about this is how I find great bargain outfits while searchign for the dress, but a negative part of it.. sooner or later.. I might not have enough money to buy the dress if I keep on buying other outfits. HAHA!

Unexpected meeting

I went to the dentist today for the adjustment of my braces. We traveled from Manila to my hometown just because of it. I wasn't expecting to see my highschool classmates there. I was shocked when I met them. HAHA! There were two of them who also went to the dentist. Just like me, they came from Manila just to see the dentist, and of course, to have our teeth checked. ♫

While waiting for my turn for my check-up, we had some time to chat. It was nice to hear some stories from old friends. But, there were moments I ran out of words to say. HAHA! So I just listened to what they've got to say.

BTW, the color of my braces are white and light pink. Before it was all white. HAHA! The dentist offered me whether I would like to have a mix of colors. HAHA! And seeing how fun it might be, I tried it and got my braces colored alternately with pink and white. HAHA! ♥

Enrollment for today

Yep! Enrollment! It's online though. :D Got my preferred subjects, but not exactly the schedule I prefer. HAHA! It's okay. I'll be able to adjust it later on anyways. After all, my greatest worry focuses on the upcoming qualifying exam. I have to pass it no matter what! But, of course I won't be using dirty tricks just to achieve it. I got pride too you know! HAHA!

The enrollment today is better than the enrollment last term. Before, we were having a lot of troubles logging in.. well, it's always like that. HAHA! BTW, I decided to not go with the schedule of my other college barkada/friends. They prefer to have someone they know in a class. They don't like being alone. As for me, I also don't like it when I'll be alone. But now, I think I really need to have solitude. I want to experience being alone, not even familiar with anyone in a certain class similar to the first day of my college life. Something like being independent not having to rely on other people. With me knowing I don't know anyone in a class, I'll have to pay more attention because I won't have someone to ask about the other details. My disadvantage though is the part during groupings slash group works. Ugh. Well. let's see how I will last. HAHA! But right now, I need to focus on my qualifying exam and begin my review for it.

Nervous beating of heart

I just had my extemporaneous speech for my speech and communication class a while ago. Just got back from the university, you see. HEHE! I remember how I felt the fast beating of my heart. It was as if I'm going to have my execution. HAHA! I was second to present the speech. My topic was about Kimchi. I know. It may sound boring for a speech. I was supposed to persuade the audience about the topic, but turns out I'm only informing them. It was more of an informative speech rather than a persuasive one. Oh well~

I was able to answer the questions during the open forum which is what I am really happy about the whole presentation. I felt relieved after.

I asked my friends for some negative comments about my speech. I don't need the positives 'coz I want to focus on the part I need to improve on. But, they didn't really give a proper comment and said I did well. I'm happy I did well in their point of view, but on my perspective, I feel that I was lacking something or perhaps I had several things I need to improve on. Hmmm... I'm starting to feel like I'm becoming a perfectionist. It's a good thing... right? HAHA!
